Products are warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of original retail sale, unless a time other than one year or any other restrictions are specified on the item.
The guarantee applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, with proper winterization (where applicable), and does not apply to damages caused by improper installation and/or operation. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, acts of God, unreasonable use, neglect, or other causes not arising out of defect of material or workmanship.
Any implied warranties arising out of the sale of any product, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the extent and duration of the express warranty herein. Manufacturer shall not be liable for loss of use of this product, or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer or any other user. There are no warranties provided other than stated herein. Valterra reserves the right to change dimensions, specifications, or price without prior notice.
